AN E. Fay Jones Experience IN FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS
David McKee of McKee Properties LLC led the charge to restore “The Brothers Residence” an original Fay Jones design built in Fayetteville in 1956. After acquiring the property in 2021, a full restoration took place to return the home to its former glory. The roof was replaced for the first time in its 70+ year history. All electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components were replaced. Major excavations occurred to improve the surrounding landscape and to protect the home from the elements.
